Happy Hump Day to you all. The end of the work week is nearly upon us, which also means we are one week closer to Christmas.
As it’s getting closer to that time, I thought I’d share some things that I’ve found that would make great gifts for your nearest and dearest this holiday season. So, over the next while, I’m going to post a series of guides tailored to the specific people in your life.
To kick things off, today’s post is geared towards those friends and family members who are decidedly more live to eat, than eat to live: the Foodies! Here is a selection of things I’ve found that I think would make great gifts.

Well it’s the start of yet another week. Hopefully your Monday wasn’t too bad and the rest of the week follows suit. For today’s post here on the blog I thought I’d share a few of my current favourite places to grab a bite in Galway. Hope your weekend is going great so far.

It looked delicious, and it got me thinking about the different varieties you could make, so I decided to try making a turkey, chorizo and mozzarella variation of my own.

Hope you have all had a great weekend so far.

I’ve been on a mission for the last couple of weeks to try and live a bit healthier, and as I admittedly have a huge sweet tooth, I find these handy to have ready to distract me when I’m craving something sugary. I find them really tasty, and they take hardly any time at all to throw together.

Happy Friday Everybody
Sometimes I like to get into the kitchen to try a recipe I’ve found, or just experiment and see what happens. In this post, I thought I’d share my recipe for a delicious peach and banana bread with a sweet lemon flavoured icing. This loaf tastes so good, and is delicious with some fresh cream or ice-cream on the side. Or even with a spread of butter alongside a cup of tea. And it’s really easy to make, so no stressing involved. Here’s how it’s done:
